Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy applies to all information that the site or the editorial of Jusan Analytics can obtain about the user during the use and viewing jusananalytics.kz.
General Terms
The use and viewing of the site mean the user’s consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms by automated processing of personal data (cookies files, information about actions on the site, user equipment, date and time of the session), including the use of metric programs (including, but not limited Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics). User data is collected, systematized, stored, updated, depersonalized, extracted, and can be used, deleted and transmitted as a data set, including to partners of Jusan Analytics.
The processing of automatically collected personal data is carried out to improve the operation of the site, determine the user’s preferences and form personal recommendations, as well as to prepare materials for the site.
In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the user must stop using the site.
The users may be asked to take an anonymous survey prepared and published by Jusan Analytics team. Participation in the survey is voluntary. The user can provide an email address (e-mail) by filling out a one-line subscription form for the newsletter of Jusan Analytics. The editorial of the website does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the user but undertakes to use the information received solely to prepare and distribute materials. In turn, the user, answering the survey questions and filling out the newsletter subscription form, is bound to provide authentic information.
The Privacy Policy is applied to the site of Jusan Analytics team only. The site does not control and is not responsible for third party sites to which the user can click on links available on jusananalytics.kz. Clicking on links to any other site, the user should pay attention to their privacy rules. Jusan Analytics recommends you check out these rules before sending any personal data.
Data protection
The Privacy Policy sets out the obligations of the editorial to nondisclosure and to ensure the confidentiality of personal data collected automatically or that the user provides when filling out a survey and a newsletter subscription form.
Any other personal data not specified above is also subject to be duly stored and not be shared, except when required by the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies, government agencies, organizations and fraud prevention agencies, as well as to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Jusan Analytics team in court.
The editorial takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution, as well as other illegal actions of the third Parties.
Responsibility of the Parties
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to them during answering the survey or the newsletter subscription form.
If the editorial has not fulfilled its obligations, then it is responsible for material and reputational losses incurred by the user in connection with the misuse of personal data, under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, Jusan Analytics is not responsible if this information became public domain before its loss or disclosure by the editorial, was received from a third party before it was received by the editorial, or was disclosed with the consent of the user.
Dispute resolution
Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the user and the editorial, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the complaint review.
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the user and the editorial.
Additional terms
The editorial has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the user. The new document comes into force from the moment it is posted on the site unless otherwise provided by its new edition. This Privacy Policy was updated in June 2022.
